HOW IS OVS WHEY PROETIN ISOLATE MADE?
 
Milk is acquired from grass-fed cows and taken to the cheese manufacturing facility. The leftover cheese filtrate, or liquid whey, is then transported to the whey factory where it goes through a process called 'cold filtered cross flow ultra-filtration'. This is a natural manufacturing process where the whey travels through stainless steel piping that slowly filter out fats, lactose and other impurities before the whey is filtered to 90% protein and dried to create high-quality WPI90. Once the protein is made, followed by passing a strict purity test, the protein is blended into mixed flavors before being made available in 1.8-kg OVS packaging.
